Blind Letterpress for Float Paperie, Chicago
This piece we printed for Float Paperie, Chicago, is an excellent example of blind letterpress. The Crane Lettra 110# cotton cover always takes a nice impression, so all of the artwork in the blind hit really stands out on paper.
For those of you who are not familiar with letterpress pricing, we consider this a 2-color letterpress piece. The blind hit is still a run through the press even though no ink is used. Consider using a blind hit on business and personal stationery. It is a subtle yet beautiful way to make an impression. If you would like to see samples of blind letterpress as well as letterpress using transparent inks, please contact us.
